Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping Glam Fairy Boutique.

GLAM FAIRY SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. In some cases, shipping for Pre Orders and custom items could take longer. 

PLEASE READ:

• Glam Fairy Boutique is not responsible for delays with USPS shipping. 

• Glam Fairy Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

• Glam Fairy Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

**If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

GLAM FAIRY RETURN POLICY (Effective February 1, 2019)

* DUE TO COVID-19 ... we have a 5-7 day holding period for all returns. All returns received in our warehouse will be held for up to 7 days prior to processing for our safety and the safety of our inventory. 
Please allow 7-10 days before your return is processed for store credit! * 

All returns must be emailed to us at shop@glamfairyboutique.com for return acceptance. 

Please do not message our social media channels regarding returns. 

If you are unhappy with an item we will gladly accept returns under the conditions listed below:

Our policy is active for 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since your order was received, a 15% restocking fee will apply. 
Returns after 14 days will be rejected and returned to you at a charge. If your item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify you of your options to pay to have it shipped back to you. Unpaid for return rejections will be donated to charity after 30 days and will be considered a forfeit of items. 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We do not offer refunds of any kind!! 

We are not able to offer exchanges due to how fast our inventory moves and updates. 
You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for Store credit to be issued. 

You will receive an email from shop@glamfairyboutique.com when your store credit has been issued.

You may NOT return sale/clearance items, jewelry, Erimish jewelry, PopSockets, any accessories such as ** Makeup Junkie Bags, sunglasses, scarves, belts, leg warmers, socks, leggings, electronics, pre-sale/pre-order, or personalized items.

You may NOT return items in which you have used coupon savings of 20% or greater during the checkout process. 

** All Makeup Junkie Bags have a lifetime warranty that is offered by MUJ. Not Glam Fairy Boutique. If you have an issue with any MUJ bag merchandise, that will be handled by the Makeup Junkie Bag company and not GFB! 

We will be happy to assist with a MUJ bag return or warranty issue and send you instructions on how to proceed. 

The items listed above are FINAL SALE and we are unable to offer any returns whatsoever. This includes all SALE / CLEARANCE ITEM purchases. ALL items in our SALE SECTION are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return! 
Please keep that in mind when shopping our reduced items! 

You may not return items that were purchased with a coupon code or store credit given as a contest or giveaway prize on any of our social media sites.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN ITEMS WITH COUPON CODE SAVINGS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 20%. Coupon savings of 20% or higher will void any ability to return items. Please keep this in mind when shopping our website with coupon codes. 

Shipping Errors and/or Product Defects:

We will pay for return shipping on order errors due to our mistake or defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect please promptly submit pictures of the defect to: shop@glamfairyboutique.com 

within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.   Once we receive the item we will exchange it for another or an item at equal value. If you notice an item is defective after the 2 day period we can not accept the return.  Items can not be submitted as defective after wear or once tags have been removed.  

ALL RETURNS MUST be have tags attached or in original packaging (if applicable). No exceptions. Items must be unworn, unwashed. Items that appear worn, washed, pet hair, stains, odors, etc will not qualify for return. 
Any items received with any of the above will be rejected. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 

Excessive Return Policy:

If you return more than three (3) items in a calendar month, a 15%

restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return.  Please contact us at shop@glamfairyboutique.com for help with sizing. 

Returns made from a previous return issued gift card or exchange are only eligible for one additional return. After that, the return will be considered excessive and the 15% restocking/handling fee will apply. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached (if applicable). If you return items that have make up, deodorant, or any other stains on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you at your expense. 

Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

You must email us at shop@glamfairyboutique.com with your order number, reason for return and items you plan to return PRIOR to mailing for return acceptance. 

Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.

It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost in the shipping process. 

Please allow 10 business days for return processing. 

Exchanges:

We do not facilitate exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you would like and sending back any return items to be processed for store credit. 

Cancellations:

We are not able to process order cancellations or make changes to your order.

How to Return An Item:

 

If your item meets the return criteria, please locate your order confirmation, print & include with your return. You may also include your packing slip accompanied with every order. 

When we receive the item we will notify you via email with a return acceptance and steps to use your store credit. Store credit is not refundable.

A unreturnable item as stated above, or not as described by customer will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
